1. Gov. Mike Dunleavy outlined his agenda for his final year in office in his annual State of the State address on Thursday.

4. A draft ordinance proposes a roughly 55% pay raise for the City of Fairbanks’s mayor. But some City Council members don't support the measure.

5. A semi-tractor trailer wrecked Monday on a curvy stretch of the Dalton Highway north of Fairbanks, and its tank leaked 14,000 gallons of liquified natural gas.
